Training and Competence Consultancy

SAFER Training works with our customers to ensure that all elements of their training and competence management are in-line with industry best practice and deliver the best value possible. This includes:

• Performing training needs analyses
• Assisting in the development of competence standards and competence profiles per job role
• Linking the required training and learning interventions into each job role
• Advising on appropriate standards for HSE and technical training and ensuring that the appropriate standards/ guidance is being used, as specified by organisations such as IMCA, Step Change in Safety, OPITO and IOSH
• Performing training optimisation consultancy – ensuring that the right course is being delivered in the most cost effective way (including all additional costs such as accommodation/ travel etc.)
